Match Vs Eastleigh

Today we welcomed Eastleigh at home.Firstly we all did a warm up and stretches, then we moved on to passing and rucking drills. We all worked collectively and it was nice to mix the teams up.It was also nice to train with a mate, Ned, from school who plays for Eastleigh.After traning we moved onto three 20 minute matches. At first we were a bit intimidated to see the size of their players, but the bigger they are the harder they fall. We were consistently beating them in scrums and were passing quickly and efficiently across the pitch. We scored many good tries by different players with great conversions by Tim and Josh. We mixed and matched it up so everyone got to play, except Adam (injured), who did a great job selling programs. We beat Eastleigh in two of the 20 mins and drew on the other. Well done everyone for a great morning of Rugby. Well done to the new lads on their frist match with us and well done Tim for player of the day.
