A question was raised at yesterday's away match against Old Emanuel. As you can see from the video, a penalty kick was taken, the ball hit the bar, dropped to the floor and then bounced back up over the bar without being touched after being kicked.

Should 3pts be awarded for a successful kick?

For the record it didn't count as it wasn't awarded on the day - but was that correct?
