2012/13 Registration Documents

For those who were a registered member last year, you will only need to fill in:

• Club Membership 2012-13
• Club Registration Form

For those that are new to the team and have never registered, you will need to fill in the forms above as well bring along two passport sized photos and complete

• RFU Registration Form
