Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Rule 8.3.1 nominations are invited for the following posts:

Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Chair of Mini/Youth.

Nominations must be submitted on the proforma which is attached or can be obtained from the Club website and be signed by the Proposer, Seconder and Nominee.

In accordance with Rule 8.4.1 any Member may submit a proposal for consideration at the Meeting.

Motions signed by the Proposer and Seconder must be submitted on the proforma provided.

All nominations and proposals must be submitted in writing to the Secretary at 34 Richmond Road, Gosport PO12 3QJ or by e-mail to joe.cloke37@gmail.com to arrive by 8 July.

No nominations or proposals can be accepted at the Meeting.
