Building towards first league fixtures.

The game was played in three sessions and Ravens fielded their starting XV in the first session. It took ten minutes for the first score to come when winger Connor Cox went in at the corner after the Ravens strung several phases together and a good backs move to break the Petersfield determined defence. It proved to be the first of a brace for Connor and was followed up by tries from Centre Kini Nawai and Lock Euan Archbold. Fly Half Aidan Jarvis converted three from four to give Ravens a 26 - 0 lead at the break.

Ravens made ten changes and struggled to settle into the same free flowing rugby patterns wasting several scoring opportunities. Petersfield regrouped and began to dominate with a stronger pack and well drilled lineouts. They scored twice in the session, but couldn't convert, taking ten points from the session and keeping Ravens out. 26 - 10.

Ravens strengthen their side again and the smaller Petersfield squad began to look tired. Flanker Jonnie Lewis wen t over twice and Aidan Jarvis added a try to his 6 conversions. Strong performances from Hooker Ben Grey and Prop Harry Gille added to the growing depth in the Ravens squad. Final score 49 - 10.
