Some Sun shone through

Well it was a cold and wet start, short warm up then straight into matches, we were able to put out 2 teams of 7 aside.
Blues and Golds.

There was some very good rugby played by all with good hard mauls and rucks as was mentioned by Pompey.
Try of week went to - Cairan - Through a quality phase of play Pompey had ball we tackled gone to ground rucked Rhys, Jack scrum half through hands to Ciaran who ran in. Should have been on the telly.
Tackle of the week to -Marcus with some crunch tackles made, also so other s to mention Alec ,Harrison,Ryhs,Bailey,Thomas to name but a few.
I asked their coaching squad to pick our player of the day (week) and it went to Harrison. Played an all round good game, tackling but especially the rucks and ball carrying.

Don't want to go to much into this as best not too those will know what I mean, but so proud of the guys as they stood up for Gosport&Fareham proud to be a Viking.
