U13M - The Stingrays

This is the New Milton Sevens Tournament and our first time playing Sevens. The game is very fast paced with 7 players covering the same area as 13 would normally. The squad will need to be fit, fast, good tacklers and proven try finishers. Opposition will look to identify poor tacklers and slow players and will exploit them, which is not fair on the player or the squad, so we will pick players based on the above criteria.
The first start is at 1000 and it could be us, we will find out that morning so please arrive and be ready to train at 0900.
All games will be 6 minutes each way, no extra time. 1 minute for half time. There will be a Cup and Plate Competition with semi-finals and a final.
Parking is adjacent to the Club, please have your program fee (£3) ready on arrival.
