A hard days work for Ravens VII Squad who with only 10 men were reduced to 8 after second game. In a tough pool they won 2 lost 1 to draw a cup semi-final game against Oakmedians who went on to win the Cup in final against New Milton.
v Portsmouth WON 19-12 Tries: Tom Archer (2), Aida Jarvis, Conversions: Tom Archer, Aidan Jarvis
v Tottonians A LOST 17-12 Tries: Harry Rabjohn, Tom Archer, Conversions: Harry Rabjohn
v Alton WON 33-10 Tries: Ben Wheeler, Harry Rabjohn (2), Tyler Jolly, Tom Archer, Conversions: Ben Wheeler, Tom Archer, Harry Rabjohn (2)
v Oakmedians LOST 19-0 - CUP Semi Final
Stand out moment was Ben Wheelers try in third game where he ran from under his own posts to score under the oppositions. As a forward with little opportunity for a rest he put in a good days work with some excellent covering tackles as well and was player of day in the managers decision. Loss of Aidan Jarvis in second game with a head injury was a blow to the team but the squad represented Ravens well throughout the day and should be proud of their efforts.
