Firstly a big thank you to Ethan Hammond, Connor Cox and Joe Wilkinson for playing for the opposition to even up the sides.
Overton dominated the first few minutes and crossed over for a try two minutes into the game. Ravens were a little slow getting organised as the 'dirt trackers' hadn't played together for a while. Nine minutes to open their account with a try from Ben Wheeler who then was given a free run in 12 minutes later. Ravens forwards were dominating and William Hosell then went over for their third of the half. With no conversion made by either side half time score line read 15 - 5.
The second half was initially dominated by Ravens with strong play from Ben Grey which built forward momentum and possession to open up tries from Tom Archer and Riley Clarke in the first 10 minutes. 25 - 5 but Overbridge weren't out of the game and the players on loan to them kept them in the game with a strong performance from Joe Wilkinson and Connor Cox. The next two scores came from Overbridge, one of which they converted, to get to 25 - 17; but time was up.
Tom Archer playing at fly half was recognised as Player of the Match and Gregor House got the Ravens Defender Shield.
