Head Coach George Hillan speaks about the up-coming fixture

we have set individual goals and targets
- George Hillan

After the mixed emotions of last Saturday, the players and coaching staff have taken the time to have an inwards look at how the season has gone so far, what we have done well and what areas we can develop. This review has resulted in a different approach to training this week and we will assess the results over the next few fixtures. We have set individual goals and targets to focus our minds during the next 4 fixtures and we are all agreed we can meet these targets and surpass them.

After a bonus point win, we have focused on the next challenge, Old Alleynians away. They are doing well in the league at the moment, however we are not afraid of the challenge they will pose. We (the coaching staff and players alike) can see the systems we implemented at the start of the season are being implemented and being developed game by game. Our focus for this game is to believe in the processes and structure we have developed throughout the season. We will not worry about what they can do, we will focus on us and what we can do to them.

Unfortunately we are unable to field the same squad as last week due to injuries and other commitments. However this will not weaken the squad in any way, as we have players who are already waiting in the wings and have been chomping at the bit to show the coaches and spectators what they can do in a Gosport shirt.
